Important Information from 2008

• Portable pens may be used in the back field, or along the woods.  Please be considerate of your neighbors.
•  Dogs must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the club house, at dinner or evening activities. NO dogs are allowed on the trails.
•  Water for horses is available in the barn or in back of the arena.
•  You may bucket wash your horse ONLY.  No hosing of horses is allowed.
• We only have one well, water is limited.

TEE SHIRTS & SWEAT SHIRTS

•  Please be sure to order your Commemorative tee shirts and sweatshirts. You don’t want to be left out in the cold.
•   $5 off  Package-1 reservations received before August 15,2008.  Payment due with reservations. (Package 1 only)
•  Reservations close 9/20/08
•  Cancellations received prior to 9/20/08 receive full refund.  No refund after 9/20/08
•  No shirts maybe ordered after 9/20/08
•  $25. Charge for all returned checks
•  We will be communicating by FRS Radios. If you have one, please bring it.
•  When returning from the ride, shuttle drivers will meet you at the picnic tables to shuttle you back to the trail head to pick up your trailers.

Direction to Trail Head on Saturday Morning.

Head East on Rt. 2 from the Clubhouse about 10 miles. You will pass though Petersburg to the Massachusetts Border. There is a large parking lot on the right on top of the mountain.

Reservations close at 100 participants. So register early.
